Data collected
- Account data: email, password (hashed), phone number (optional).
- Location data: geographic coordinates or chosen city, time zone.
- Health data (special category under GDPR Article 9): cycle dates, check results, cycle history.
- Telegram ID, used to send reminders.
Purpose
Calculating and sending personalized reminders related to observing family purity, based on the explicit consent you give at sign-up.
Legal basis
Explicit consent (GDPR Articles 6.1.a and 9.2.a).
Recipients
No data is sold, rented, or shared for commercial purposes. Reminders are sent via Telegram, with deliberately discreet content and no clinical detail.
Security
Health data, check results, and phone numbers are encrypted at the application level (AES-256-GCM), in addition to server disk encryption.
Data retention
Your data is kept as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, it is erased immediately and permanently from the live database. Encrypted backups are kept for a maximum of 30 days before being automatically purged - your data may therefore remain in these backups for up to 30 days after account deletion.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to, and port your data. You can delete your account and all your data directly from your dashboard. For any other request, contact jonathan.said@openlm.com. You also have the right to file a complaint with the CNIL (France's data protection authority, www.cnil.fr).

Your data is hosted by OVH SAS, in France.
